With our depth of experience and knowledge in wireless networking and point of sale applications, Accel’s provisioning process ensures a fast and easy installation process. We strive for the highest level of “out of the box” success and our provisioning process has this ideal as its cornerstone. We do the engineering before we ship, eliminating frustration and disappointment which so often accompanies broadband deployment. Equipment is configured using a custom script developed during our engineering process for your specific applications. Our engineering staff works closely with the client to develop the router configuration best suited for your applications to operate in a fixed wireless environment.
Our installation guide was developed with non-technical store level managers in mind. Once the devices are connected, a call to our activation desk and one of our activation technicians will remotely optimize the wireless signal and complete testing. A typical installation takes no more then 20 minutes. In most cases (99% of the time) there are no lengthy cable pulls or special mounting tools required. Accel offers professional installation services if preferred or where an antenna extension is required or additional services are required.

Active Management & Support
After your site has gone through our test and turn up process the activations technician will turn the site over to our Network Operations group. Through pro-active monitoring, Accel is immediately aware of “out of tolerance” operation of our service. Accel will notify you immediately in the unlikely event that our fault isolation procedures fail to restore the service to normal operating tolerances. If the technician determines that the equipment has malfunctioned a replacement device will be shipped overnight to the location.
